There’s a trade-off to be made here, as external stylesheets can be cached but inline ones cannot (unless you get clever with JavaScript ). Let’s talk about caching.

HTTP/3 work started in 2012 with Google working on QUIC, adopted by IETF in 2017, RFC’s published in June 2022.
