Up until 2017, the ML+AI topic had been amongst the fastest growing topics on the platform. After several years of steady climbing—and after outstripping Java in 2017—Python-related interactions now comprise almost 10% of all usage. Not necessarily: Java-related searches increased by 5% between 2017 and 2018. Coincidence?

Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform tied neck and neck at 17.5% were in the process of migrating to PostgreSQL and the last 14.1%

The performance penalty is relevant only when the window function is optimized with row-mode processing operators. SQL Server 2019 introduces batch mode on rowstore support, so you can get batch-mode processing even if there's no columnstore indexes present on the data. We don’t recommend using this as a regular process for production use, but it might come in handy at development time. Despite the fanfare, therefore, AWS is still behind Microsoft Azure Functions when it comes to debug tooling. Also allows for creating new files in line. And again, this is a problem. These were the 2 big misses.
